Good effects of Yogurt

Yogurt is good for health and  beauty. We can see a lot of good effects of yogurt on TV and magazine. We have a lot of health-conscious person in Japan. 

I just pick up some effects of yogurt:


-Inhibit allergies
-Slow infection rate
-Relief of constipation
-Gain the skin from chapping and make beautiful skin
-Make bones stronger to get enough calcium
-Reduce bad cholesterol

Do you know when you should eat yogurt? The best time to have yogurt is after dinner. Because intestinal works well from 10 pm to 2 am. You can get a deep sleep and then relieve constipation too. Also it is better to heat yogurt in a microwave for 1 minute.

I often eat yogurt with banana, nuts and honey like this.



Put chopped banana and nuts to the plane yogurt and then drizzle with a spoonful of honey.
