Vegetable juice for healthy life

I drink a glass of vegetable juice every morning. We have a variety of products in Japan. My favorite one is called Ito-en "Jujitsu Yasai". 20 fruits and 5 vegetables are used with sugarless and saltless. It's very fruity and easy to drink. 

My mom's friend became diabetic. His doctor said that he need to drink a glass of vegetable juice before having breakfast. He tried to drink it every morning. Then, his blood-sugar level returned to a normal level. It's important to have vegetable first. Fiber prevent a rapid increase in blood sugar levels. You should eat vegetable first, following protein and carb. It's good for health and also good on a diet.
